We found Atlantic K9 after searching online for training in our area, and felt that the reviews were amazing and this was a place we could trust with our new puppy, Winnie! And we were right!

Our goals were to have Winnie learn some manners (stop jumping especially) and learn recall training and walking on a leash. We also wanted her to experience being around other dogs and play well with others. She is a very high energy girl and our main goal was for her to listen especially in situations where she could be distracted (see another dog/person, rabbit, etc., she even chases after leaves!)

Winnie is our 9 month old female Golden Retriever. She is the happiest, craziest girl and we are so in love with her! Winnie attended a 2 week boot camp when she was 5 months old and she came back a well-mannered girl! She has learned to walk well on a leash, she comes when called (even when chasing after a bunny, which scared me !!) I trust that she will listen to me now, and she can run like crazy, find sticks, pine cones, whatever it may be, and drop them when told to drop it! She is so smart and loves to learn! She knows sit, stay, come, down, place, leave it/drop it, OFF, etc. I can’t say enough good things about Atlantic K9. 

Jenny is amazing, you can immediately tell when you meet her that she has such a passion for this, and her work proves it! We loved all of our sessions with her, and I trust her so much with Winnie. Kathleen has created an amazing training program. She is SO knowledgeable about helpful with any questions, I never hesitate to ask. She has provided me with so much for training Winnie going forward.

I am so happy to have found Atlantic K9. I have taken Winnie back for boarding and she gets SO excited when she knows where she is. That is such a big deal to me, knowing that our girl is going to be in good hands. We will continue to trust them with her care and I am truly so happy to have found them!
