My partner and I originally reached out to Atlantic K9 because we had seen an increase in our dog’s reactivity. Our dog is 3.5 years old and a German shepherd mix. He is active, extremely smart, very quick and requires an experienced handler which I now feel like I have become because of the tools Jenny taught me.

Our dog really struggles with the unfamiliar and can be quick to react to people, moving objects, and other dogs. He was reacting more to people coming over, randomly on walks and in other common everyday events. We had worked with another trainer and were comfortable with the prong collar but had not been using the e-collar regularly.

Jenny gave us the tools to communicate with our dog clearly and fairly. We are more confident in ourselves and in him now. The care that each person I interacted with, from my first phone call to my last, was nothing short of exceptional. It’s evident our dog loved staying with the whole crew and was so excited to see Jenny at our follow up session after bootcamp. I really appreciate the time she took to talk to us and answer any questions we had.
