Peter and I contacted Kathleen after being recommended by a family member and we are forever thankful. We have 2 Boston Terrier littermates (3 years old) and although both of them have some behavioral issues, Ellie seemed impossible to train. We tried everything – and I mean everything! Ellie doesn’t respond well to positive reinforcement and she isn’t the type of dog that wants to please her owner. She has a strong, stubborn personality and everything needs to be on her terms. We love her to pieces, but we really needed help getting her under control with excessive barking, jumping on our kitchen table, and not listening when being called.

Never did we ever imagine that just 2 weeks of Boot Camp could change Ellie for the better. She came home an entirely new and improved dog! As we continue training at home, our other Boston, Olive, has also picked up a lot from her sister which has been so helpful.

Before Kathleen, the thought of having Ellie off leash scared us to death. A few years back Ellie got loose and was almost killed by a Mack truck on a highway. It is so reassuring to know that if Ellie got loose again, we feel confident that she would come back to us rather than running free. Having obedient dogs truly makes life so much less stressful and I highly recommend Atlantic K9 to anyone and everyone! Trust me – if Kathleen can get Ellie under control, she can train any dog!
