We originally reached out to Atlantic K9 because we were about to bring home a new puppy, but also had travel scheduled almost immediately after picking her up. That meant we had two choices: either wait for the next litter or bring Willow home and have her start training right away while we were away. That is what led us to Atlantic K9.

From the very first conversation, I was blown away by the care, communication, professionalism, and genuine love from the entire team! My first call with Tami immediately made me feel confident we had found the right place. I also spoke separately with Kathleen and Cayla before Willow arrived, and both conversations were incredibly helpful in preparing us for what to expect and how to set Willow up for success.

Cayla and Jill were the trainers working with Willow, and they were fantastic. I truly cannot say enough about Cayla. She is a special person and an incredible trainer, and Willow clearly adores her!

Willow was only 10½ weeks old when we dropped her off, and we honestly could not believe how much she learned while she was there. She came home knowing all of her commands, including sit, stay, place, down, and most importantly, come. Even better, we got back a puppy who LOVES her crate, loves to play, and proudly shows us everything she learned!

Willow is a 13-week-old Charcoal English Labrador who is a loving, cuddly little spitfire. The training she received at Atlantic K9 has given her such an amazing start.

More than anything, we always felt like Willow was truly loved while she was there. We are incredibly grateful to Kathleen, Tami, Cayla, Jill, and the entire Atlantic K9 team!
