We originally found – and contacted – Atlantic K9 after we experienced a particularly challenging & concerning walk with our pup, Mabel. Like us, our 6-year-old dog was deeply affected by Covid-19: she had become increasingly anxious, reactive, & unpredictable (particularly on walks). 

The IMMEDIATE relief we felt after our initial consultation was staggering. These trainers are as kind as they are competent, though we didn’t realize the full impact of either until Mabel returned from two weeks of boot camp. She was a changed dog. Three months later, her reactive misbehaviors are few & far between, her compliance has dramatically improved, and her anxiety (which was affecting everything from her sleep schedule to GI tract) has all but disappeared. 

I don’t know what kind of puppy wizardry Kathleen, Jenny, & the crew used on our pocket pitbull, but Mabel has never been more happy, relaxed, & well-behaved. We are SO grateful for everything Atlantic K9 did (and continues to do for Mabel at doggie daycare). They’re life-changers!
